Six Sigma - Black Belt
You become an expert for methods, statistics and project management when you qualify as Six Sigma Black Belt. You will plan, lead, run as well as overlook several Six Sigma projects. On top, you will learn to be an inhouse consultant for all questions of methodology. Because of the real world project, which you will run parallel to the training in your company, you will directly experience the power of Six Sigma.

This training has four modules. The first two modules are the exact same the green belt training (please see the green belt training).
All content is based on the “Body of Knowledge” by ASQ (American Society for Quality).
