Problem
The customer is a globally active company that produces fibers from the raw material wood. Many other products are manufactured from this raw material, such as textiles or paper. Depending on the product category, the customer's process has to be adapted. These adaptations have to be communicated and understood by non-specialists to non-specialists.
Goal
Find the optimal settings for each customer. These settings should be easily and interactively communicated via the sales consultants
Result
For this purpose, experiments were conducted on the customer's equipment in order to evaluate the optimal production parameters. Based on these models, an interactive dashboard was created to make the analysis results available to sales staff and customers in an ad hoc and simple manner.
