Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a quality management method and also stands for a statistical quality objective.  In our SixSigma training courses, you will learn how to describe, measure, analyze, improve and monitor processes and business operations by statistical means. Use the knowledge you learn to reduce the variation and error rate in processes, products and services and thus increase operational performance.

We offer Greenbelt and Blackbelt training: Greenbelt training: Here we teach you the basics of the SixSigma system as well as the necessary methodological knowledge for the Define, Measure and Analyze phases of a SixSigma project. Using application-oriented examples, participants systematically learn basic tools of the SixSigma methodology.  

Blackbelt training: Our training deepens participants' qualifications as successful project managers. Building on our Greenbelt training, you will learn more advanced SixSigma tools, for example from the areas of statistics, statistical design of experiments (DoE) and statistical process control (SPC). 

Our courses are based on short training sessions (max three days). The knowledge learned can then be immediately applied in practice. We also cooperate with other market leaders in this field (DGQ, SAS Institute GmbH).
